On the 5th Grandpa Lamar, Spencer, and I took a trip to the Baltimore Zoo. It was a perfect day to go because everyone was in school so we literally had the whole place to ourselves. We might have seen five other families there.
Some of Spencer's favorites were:

The decommissioned train (fortunately no one yelled at us for playing on it):

Spencer heard the monkeys screeching and screaming and has decided he should also screech and scream randomly as loud as possible. It is cute to me because I know he is pretending to be a monkey but I'm sure to everyone else (people in the grocery stores and at church) he is just being obnoxious.

The big trucks could have quite possibly been Spencer's absolute favorite of the day. Isn't that why everyone goes to a zoo, to see trucks?
Spencer was absolutely exhausted after our trip to the zoo. We forced him to skip his nap so we could maximize our time looking at the animals. He did really well for being so tired. Of course he crashed in the car on the way home.

That video clip was so cute! He's so smart! (I LOVED his snort when you asked him what sound a pig makes...for some reason it made me really giggle!)
