The countdown has begun, our movers are coming on the 19th to pack up all of our stuff and we fly out on the 29th. We are officially "short-timers." Of all the things on our list of "things to do before we leave the country," we are most anxious about finding good renters for the next year. In preparation for renters, we have made a few home improvements to make our home a little more appealing. We have painted the entire house, installed ceiling fans, and changed the outlets and light switches to nice new white fixtures (instead of the off-white/yellow).
